A Fire risk assessment has been completed and plan put into place. Additionally escape from the office in case of fire or other threat is documented as part of the lone working policy. Staff or volunteers operating from third party premises are governed by their emergency procedures and the Trustees are satisfied that these are adequate and ensure all staff and volunteers are required to make themselves familiar with such procedures. |
To maintain safe and healthy working conditions, provide and maintain equipment, and ensure safe storage / use of substances |

Toilets, washing facilities and drinking water are provided in ABC’s premises. These are checked and maintained by St Marks Church. Electrical equipment is PAT tested annually. The first aid box is kept in the on the window sill in the ABC to read office. |
